The committee met at the Civic Centre, Scunthorpe.19 DECLARATIONS OF DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY, PERSONAL OR PERSONAL AND PREJUDICIAL INTERESTS - There were no declarations of interest.20 EXCLUSION OF THE PUBLIC – Resolved – That the public be excluded from the meeting for consideration of the following item (Minute 6 refers) on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).

21 (10) LOCALISM ACT 2011 - CODE OF CONDUCT – COMPLAINT – In accordance with the Council's adopted Arrangements, the Panel considered a complaint. The Panel had been provided with the complaint and the response of the subject members.

Mr J Goolden (Independent Person) attended and gave his views on the complaint.

(i) Complaint 13/01 by a member of North Lincolnshire Council against two members and one co-opted member of North Lincolnshire Council. - Resolved – That this complaint be referred for investigation in respect of all subject members.
