23 EXCLUSION OF THE PUBLIC – Resolved – That the public be excluded from the meeting for consideration of the following item (Minute 9 refers) on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).
24 (11) LOCALISM ACT 2011 - CODE OF CONDUCT – COMPLAINT – In accordance with the Council's adopted Arrangements, the Panel considered a complaint. The Panel had been provided with the complaint and the response of the subject members.
Mr R Johnson (Independent Person) attended and gave his views on the complaint.
(i) Complaint 13/03 by a member of the public against a member of North Lincolnshire Council. - Resolved – That no action be taken on this complaint.
