39. DECLARATIONS OF DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY, PERSONAL OR PERSONAL AND PREJUDICIAL INTERESTS – There were no declarations of disclosable pecuniary interests, personal or personal and prejudicial interests
40. EXCLUSION OF THE PUBLIC – Resolved – That the public be excluded from the meeting for consideration of the following items (minutes 41 – 44 refer) on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).

(6) LOCALISM ACT 2011 – CODE OF CONDUCT – COMPLAINT – 13/08 BY A MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC AGAINST A MEMBER OF NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE COUNCIL – In accordance with the council’s adopted Arrangements, the panel considered a complaint. The panel had been provided with the complaint and the response of the subject member.Mr J Goolden (Independent Person) attended and gave his views on the complaint.

Resolved – That no action be taken on this complaint.
