AGENDA

1. To appoint a chairman for the meeting.

2. Declarations of Disclosable Pecuniary Interests and Personal or Personal and Prejudicial interests, if any.

3. Any other items that the chairman decides are urgent by reason of special circumstances that must be specified.

EXCLUSION OF THE PUBLIC – Resolved – That the public be excluded from the meeting for consideration of the following items (minutes 46 - 48 refer) on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).

(10) LOCALISM ACT 2011 – CODE OF CONDUCT – COMPLAINT – 13/13 BY A MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC AGAINST A MEMBER OF NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE COUNCIL – In accordance with the council’s adopted Arrangements, the panel considered a complaint. The panel had been provided with the complaint and the response of the subject member.

Mr J Goolden (Independent Person) had submitted his written views on the complaint, which were circulated to all members.

Resolved – That no action be taken on this complaint.

(11) LOCALISM ACT 2011 – CODE OF CONDUCT – COMPLAINT – 13/12 BY A MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC AGAINST A MEMBER OF NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE COUNCIL – In accordance with the council’s adopted Arrangements, the panel considered a complaint. The panel had been provided with the complaint and the response of the subject member.

Mr J Goolden (Independent Person) had submitted his written views on the complaint, which were circulated to all members.

Resolved – (a) That no action be taken on this complaint, and (b) that the panel's additional recommendation be included in the decision notice.

(12) LOCALISM ACT 2011 – CODE OF CONDUCT – COMPLAINT – 13/14 BY A MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC AGAINST A MEMBER OF NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE COUNCIL – In accordance with the council’s adopted Arrangements, the panel considered a complaint. The panel had been provided with the complaint and the response of the subject member.

Mr J Goolden (Independent Person) had submitted his written views on the complaint, which were circulated to all members.

Resolved – (a) That no action be taken on part 1, 2 and 3 of the complaint; (b) that the panel's additional recommendations in part 1 and 2 be included in the decision notice, and (c) that a decision on part 4 of the complaint be adjourned in order to seek further views from the Independent Person.
