AGENDA

1. To appoint a chairman.

2. Declarations of Disclosable Pecuniary Interests and Personal or Personal and Prejudicial interests, if any.

3. Any other items that the Chairman decides are urgent by reason of special circumstances that must be specified.

243 DECLARATIONS OF DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY, PERSONAL OR PERSONAL AND PREJUDICIAL INTERESTS - There were no declarations of disclosable pecuniary, personal or personal and prejudicial interests.

244 EXCLUSION OF THE PUBLIC – Resolved – That the public be excluded from the meeting for consideration of the following item (minute 245 to 251 refers) on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).

In accordance with the council's adopted Arrangements, the panel considered the complaint. The panel had been provided with the complaint details and the response of the subject members.
