257 DECLARATIONS OF DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY, PERSONAL OR PERSONAL AND PREJUDICIAL INTERESTS - There were no declarations of disclosable pecuniary, personal or personal and prejudicial interests.

258 EXCLUSION OF THE PUBLIC – Resolved – That the public be excluded from the meeting for consideration of the following item (minute X to Y refers) on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).

259 LOCALISM ACT 2011 – CODE OF CONDUCT - COMPLAINT BY A MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC AGAINST TEN MEMBERS OF WRAWBY PARISH COUNCIL. In accordance with the council's adopted Arrangements, the panel considered the complaint. The panel had been provided with the complaint details, the response of the subject members, and additional information requested by the Assessment Panel at their meeting on 19 March 2019 (minute 248 refers).

Mr Johnson (Independent Person) submitted his views on the complaint, which were considered by all members.

Resolved - That the Monitoring Officer undertake an investigation in response to this complaint to determine whether there had been a breach of paragraphs 3.4, 3.6, or 3.7, or the Interests provisions of the Code of Conduct.

260 LOCALISM ACT 2011 – CODE OF CONDUCT - COMPLAINT BY A MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC AGAINST A MEMBER OF SOUTH KILLINGHOLME PARISH COUNCIL. In accordance with the council's adopted Arrangements, the panel considered the complaint. The panel had been provided with the complaint details, the response of the subject member, and additional information requested by the Assessment Panel at their meeting on 19 March 2019 (minute 249 and 250 refers).

Resolved - That the Monitoring Officer make an offer of mediation to all parties.

In accordance with the council's adopted Arrangements, the panel considered the complaint. The panel had been provided with the complaint details, the response of the subject member, and additional information requested by the Assessment Panel at their meeting on 19 March 2019 (minute 249 and 250 refers).

In accordance with the council's adopted Arrangements, the panel considered the complaint. The panel had been provided with the complaint details and the response of the subject member.

Resolved - That the Monitoring Officer undertake an investigation in response to this complaint to determine whether there had been a breach of the interests provisions of the Code of Conduct.
