3 ACQUISITION OF LAND COMMERCIAL LAND, HAXEY – The Director: Operations submitted an urgent report considering the proposed Acquisition of land located at Upperthorpe Road, Haxey.
Elected members requested that officers explored the possibility of acquiring land located at in Haxey. The report set out the officers' recommendations in relation to its purchase and associated insurance matters.
Resolved - That the acquisition of the commercial land, as detailed in the report, be approved.
