10 MINUTES - Resolved - That the minutes of the proceedings of this panel held on 14 June 2019, having been printed and circulated amongst the members, be taken as read and correctly recorded and signed by the chairman.
11 PUBLIC REQUESTS TO SPEAK - There were no requests received.
12 NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE COUNCIL FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR TOWN AND PARISH COUNCILS - The Chairman welcomed Jason Whaler, Janet Stopper and Dave Morton to the meeting, the council's Head of Council Strategy, Information and Outcomes, Head of Customer and Information Services and Digital Specialist respectively. Mr Whaler, Mrs Stopper and Mr Morton had been invited to the meeting to guide members through the council's online self-service portal.
The Head of Service delivered a presentation to members, before the Chairman facilitated a discussion between the scrutiny panel and Mr Whaler, Mrs Stopper and Mr Morton.
Resolved - (a) That Mr Whaler, Mrs Stopper and Mr Morton be thanked for their attendance, presentation and for answering members' questions, and (b) that the evidence be considered at a future meeting of the scrutiny panel.
13 ADDED ITEM - The Chairman informed the members that an added item had been received from Councillor Collinson on the council's overview and scrutiny process. The added item would be scheduled at a future scrutiny panel meeting.
