PRESENT:- Councillor Mumby-Croft in the Chair.

Councillors Armiger, Bainbridge, Ellerby and Ogg.

The panel met at the Civic Centre, Ashby Road, Scunthorpe.

383 DECLARATIONS OF DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY INTERESTS AND PERSONAL OR PERSONAL AND PREJUDICIAL INTERESTS AND DECLARATIONS OF WHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS (IF ANY) - There were no declarations of disclosable pecuniary interests and personal or personal and prejudicial interests.

No whip was declared.

384 MINUTES - Resolved - That the minutes of the proceedings of this panel held on 13 December 2016, having been printed and circulated amongst the members, be taken as read and correctly recorded and signed by the Chairman.

385 PUBLIC REQUESTS TO SPEAK - There were no requests received.

386 SEXUAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING – The Chairman welcomed Victoria Gibbs and Susan Twemlow from North Lincolnshire Council, David Pratt, Jill Ladlow and Heather Murray from VirginCare, and Sally Birrell and Lynn Schuller from RDaSH's School Nursing service, to the meeting. The Chairman explained that the witnesses had been invited to discuss the engagement and outreach element of their work, to ensure that local people were aware of local services and how they could be accessed. Following an initial presentation from Jill, a comprehensive discussion took place, covering issues such as engaging at-risk groups, referral pathways, working with schools and colleges, education programmes, and vaccination rates.

Resolved - (a) That Victoria Gibbs, Susan Twemlow, David Pratt, Jill Ladlow, Heather Murray, Sally Birrell and Lynn Schuller be thanked for their attendance and for answering members' questions, and (b) that the situation be noted.
