17 APPROVAL OF COMMUNITY GRANT APPLICATIONS - The Director: Governance and Partnerships submitted a report considering applications for financial support against the eligibility criteria of the scheme and available funds.
The Community Grant Fund supported -
• Grants to Individuals
• Community Revenue Grant Programme
• Community Capital Grant Programme
The council had also approved additional capital budgets for an:
• Enhanced and Prosperous Community Programme
Resolved - (a) That the following amounts of Community Grant support be approved; (b) that decisions on grant applications from individuals be deferred, pending confirmation that the events were going ahead, and (c) that the VE Day Celebrations grants not be processed.
