Resolved - That the public be excluded from the meeting for consideration of the following item (minute 351 to 353 refers) on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).

Any other items that the Chairman decides are urgent by reason of special circumstances that must be specified.

LOCALISM ACT 2011 - CODE OF CONDUCT – COMPLAINT BY AN OFFICER OF EPWORTH TOWN COUNCIL AGAINST A MEMBER OF EPWORTH TOWN COUNCIL. In accordance with the council’s adopted Arrangements, the panel considered the complaint. The panel had been provided with the complaint details and the response of the subject member.

 

Dr Harvie (Independent Person) submitted his written views on the complaint, which were considered by all members.

 

Resolved That no further action be taken on the complaint.

 

LOCALISM ACT 2011 - CODE OF CONDUCT – COMPLAINT BY A MEMBER OF GOXHILL PARISH COUNCIL AGAINST A MEMBER OF GOXHILL PARISH COUNCIL EPWORTH TOWN COUNCIL. In accordance with the council’s adopted Arrangements, the panel considered a request to submit a complaint anonymously.

 

Guidance was sought from the Monitoring Officer.

 

Resolved – That anonymity not be granted in relation to this complaint.
