Councillors J Lee and H Rowson declared a personal interest in that they were members of parish councils that may be impacted by the Community Governance Review.

The Director: Transformation and Outcomes delivered a presentation on the communication, correspondence and consultation responses that had been received during the Community Governance Review that related to Redbourne Parish Council.

The Chair then facilitated a discussion amongst the Panel on the future governance arrangements for the parish council.

Resolved – That the current governance arrangements for Redbourne Parish Council remain unchanged, except that the membership of the council be reduced to 7 councillors.

The Director: Transformation and Outcomes delivered a presentation on the communication, correspondence and consultation responses that had been received during the Community Governance Review that related to Roxby cum Risby Parish Council.

The Chair then facilitated a discussion amongst the Panel on the future governance arrangements for the parish council.

Resolved – That the current governance arrangements for Roxby cum Risby Parish Council remain unchanged, except that the membership of the council be reduced to 7 councillors.

The Chair then facilitated a discussion amongst the Panel on the future governance arrangements for the parish council.

Resolved – That the current governance arrangements for Saxby All Saints Parish Council remain unchanged, except that the membership of the council be reduced to 5 councillors.

The Director: Transformation and Outcomes delivered a presentation on the communication, correspondence and consultation responses that had been received during the Community Governance Review that related to Scawby Parish Council.

The Chair invited the Chair of Scawby Parish Council to address the scrutiny panel and respond to the draft recommendation.

The Chair then facilitated a discussion amongst the Panel on the future governance arrangements for the parish council.

Resolved – That the current governance arrangements for Scawby Parish Council remain unchanged, except that the membership of the council be reduced to 11 councillors.

The Director: Transformation and Outcomes delivered a presentation on the communication, correspondence and consultation responses that had been received during the Community Governance Review that related to South Ferriby Parish Council.

The Chair then facilitated a discussion amongst the Panel on the future governance arrangements for the parish council.

Resolved – That the current governance arrangements for South Ferriby Parish Council remain unchanged.

The Chair then facilitated a discussion amongst the Panel on the future governance arrangements for the parish council.

Resolved – (a) That the current governance arrangements for South Killingholme Parish Council remain unchanged, except that the membership of the council be reduced to 7 councillors, and (b) that the parish boundary be amended so that the hamlet known as ‘Ulceby Skitter’ be situated within the Ulceby Parish boundary and not South Killingholme parish.

The Chair then facilitated a discussion amongst the Panel on the future governance arrangements for the parish council.

The Director: Transformation and Outcomes delivered a presentation on the communication, correspondence and consultation responses that had been received during the Community Governance Review that related to Ulceby Parish Council.

The Chair then facilitated a discussion amongst the Panel on the future governance arrangements for the parish council.

Resolved – (a) That the current governance arrangements for Ulceby Parish Council remain unchanged, except that the membership of the council be reduced to 9 councillors, and (b) that the parish boundary be amended so that the hamlet known as ‘Ulceby Skitter’ be situated within the Ulceby Parish boundary and not South Killingholme parish.

The Chair invited the Chair of West Butterwick Parish Council, who was in attendance at the meeting, to comment on the draft recommendation.

Resolved – That the current governance arrangements for West Butterwick Parish Council remain unchanged, except that the membership of the council be reduced to 7 councillors.

The Chair then facilitated a discussion amongst the Panel on the future governance arrangements for the parish council.

The Chair then facilitated a discussion amongst the Panel on the future governance arrangements for the parish council.
