Resolved - That the minutes of the meeting held on 16 January 2021 having been circulated amongst the members, be taken as read and correctly recorded and be signed by the chairman.

The Local Access Forum Annual Report had been circulated prior to the meeting.

This report represents the annual report of the North Lincolnshire Local Access Forum. The period covered by this report coincided with the Covid pandemic, which has affected the activities of the Forum. Despite this, the fruits of earlier work by the Forum and the North Lincolnshire Council Public Rights of Way team have proved valuable to many local residents, as well as creating new opportunities to residents and visitors alike.

Resolved – That (a) members send comments regarding the annual report to Mrs V Oxley, by the 6 October 2021. (b) the annual report be approved pending further comments.

·         Bottesford Beck Extension

·         Nev Cole Way

·         Cycling

·         Discovering lost ways

Mrs N Boyd advised the Rights of Way Improvement Plan is completed by the local authority. The plan must explain how improvements made by the local authority to the public rights of way.

Before publishing the plan, consultation will be completed with interested parties in the local area. The plan will be based on the needs of local people and visitors to the area.

Resolved – That a further update on the Rights of Way Improvement Plan to provided, at the next meeting.

Mrs N Boyd advised the cut-off date for the Definitive Map is 2026. However,

this may be delayed for a further 18 months.
