296 DECLARATIONS OF DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY, PERSONAL OR PERSONAL AND PREJUDICIAL INTERESTS - Cllr Wells declared a personal interest as a member of ERNLLCA.
297 EXCLUSION OF THE PUBLIC – Resolved – That the public be excluded from the meeting for consideration of the following item (minute 283 to 287 refers) on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).
298 LOCALISM ACT 2011 – CODE OF CONDUCT - COMPLAINT BY A MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC AGAINST TEN MEMBERS OF WRAWBY PARISH COUNCIL. In accordance with the council’s adopted Arrangements, the panel considered the complaint. The panel had been provided with the complaint details, the response of the subject members, and the report of the Investigating Officer.
Mr Johnson (Independent Person) submitted his views on the complaint, which were considered by all members.
Resolved - (a) That no action be taken on the complaint, and (b) that the Monitoring Officer write to Wrawby Parish Council setting out the Assessment Panel’s views.
299 LOCALISM ACT 2011 – CODE OF CONDUCT - COMPLAINT BY THREE MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC AGAINST A MEMBER OF GARTHORPE & FOCKERBY PARISH COUNCIL. In accordance with the council’s adopted Arrangements, the panel considered the complaint. The panel had been provided with the complaint details and the response of the subject member.
Mr Harvie (Independent Person) submitted his views on the complaint, which were considered by all members.
Resolved - That the Monitoring Officer undertake an investigation in response to this complaint to determine whether there had been a breach of the Code of Conduct.
