Document Approval to Lease of Part of Minister Centre Scunthorpe

To approve a new Lease to Foresight, existing tenants of part of the Minster Centre, Minster Road, Scunthorpe, in accordance with section 8.11.1 of the council’s approved scheme of delegations to officers and appointment of proper officers.
