Document Approval to amendments to the Council's Constitution Summary and Explanation

That Part A of the Council's Constitution 'Summary and Explanation' as amended to reflect the final refresh of the council Plan for 2018/19, be approved and incorporated into the Council's Constitution in accordance with paragraph 12.2.2 of the Delegations to Officers and Appointment of Proper Officers (Head of Legal and Democracy)
