To set the criteria for the New Discretionary Rate Relief Scheme funded through the Spring Budget 2017. The decision was delegated to the Director Governance and Partnerships in consultation with the cabinet member Business Transformation and Finance, minute 7 of 16 August 2017, of the said cabinet member.
