Document Approval to additional funding to Crosby Community Association 2015

To provide Crosby Community Association with additional funding of £22;000 to allow them to continue to employ a worker for its Welfare Advice Service from the 1st of April 2015 to March 31st 2016 managed by incorporating the additional funding into their existing Service Level Agreement with the Council.
