Resolved - That the minutes of the meeting of this Sub-Committee held on 29 June 2023 be approved as a correct record, and the Chairman be authorised to sign.

The public are likely to be excluded from the meeting for consideration of the following item on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).

In accordance with the council’s adopted Arrangements, the panel considered the complaint. The panel had been provided with the complaint details and the response of the subject member.

Dr Harvie (Independent Person) submitted his views on the complaint, which were considered by all members.

Resolved – (a) That no further action be taken on the complaint; and (b) that the Monitoring Officer, in consultation with the Chair of the Assessment Panel, issue a decision notice detailing the Panel's decision.

In accordance with the council’s adopted Arrangements, the panel considered the complaint. The panel had been provided with the complaint details and the response of the subject member.
