LOCALISM ACT 2011 - CODE OF CONDUCT – COMPLAINT BY A MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC AGAINST A MEMBER OF OWSTON FERRY PARISH COUNCIL (SC/23/06). In accordance with the council’s adopted Arrangements, the panel considered the complaint. The panel had been provided with the complaint details and the response of the subject member.

 

Dr Harvie (Independent Person) submitted his views on the complaint, which were considered by all members.

 

Resolved – (a) That no further action be taken on the complaint; and (b) that the Monitoring Officer, in consultation with the Chair of the Assessment Panel, issue a decision notice detailing the Panel's decision.

 

LOCALISM ACT 2011 - CODE OF CONDUCT – COMPLAINT BY A MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC AGAINST A MEMBER OF OWSTON FERRY PARISH COUNCIL (SC/23/11). In accordance with the council’s adopted Arrangements, the panel considered the complaint. The panel had been provided with the complaint details and the response of the subject member.

 

Mr Forbes (Independent Person) submitted his views on the complaint, which were considered by all members.

 

Resolved – Resolved – That an investigation be conducted to find whether there had been a breach of paragraphs 3.1, 3.2 and 3.4 of the Code of Conduct.
