There were no substitutes at the meeting.

There were no declarations of disclosable pecuniary interests or declarations of personal and prejudicial interests.  No whip was declared.

There were no public speaking requests.

The Chairman led a discussion on the panel’s draft comments arising from earlier discussions with Northern Lincolnshire & Goole NHS Foundation Trust representatives (minute 620 refers).  Members suggested a number of amendments and clarifications.

Resolved - (a) That the draft response be forwarded to the Trust to check for factual accuracy, (b) that Members consider any comments received; and (c) that the finalised comments be returned to the Trust for inclusion in the Quality Account document.
